How
do we reserve Pine Lake Pavilion?
You may hold a date for 14
days with a $50.00 payment,
which will be applied to the full price upon a reservation.
A permanent reservation requires a non-refundable deposit
in the amount of 50% of the
rental price.

Can
we have our ceremony and reception at Pine Lake Pavilion?
Absolutely, the centerpiece
of Pine Lake is an imposing seven-plus acre lake. Surrounded
by over one hundred acres of wide open spaces and wooded areas
alike, the lake is an ideal backdrop for wedding ceremonies.
The 4,800 square foot pavilion structure is highly versatile,
in that it can be utilized as a functional meeting space or
may be transformed into a most elegant cocktail party or reception
site.

How
long will we have access to the facility?
You are granted access to
Pine Lake Pavilion for up to (10)
hours. Unless otherwise arranged, there will be no
other events taking place the day of your event. You will
have four hours of access prior to the event to allow your
vendors adequate time to set-up.

Who
designs our floor plan and ceremony seating for our event?
A sales person will meet (1)
hour with each client to assist the client in designing
the ceremony site and floor plans for the client’s event.
Please use this time wisely as this is an ideal time to invite
your caterer to assist you in laying out your event. If there
is a need to meet again and revise the floor plan, a charge
of $45.00 per hour will be
charged for any subsequent meeting.

Who
plans my event at Pine Lake Pavilion?
Unless otherwise arranged,
the client is responsible for operation and coordination of
the entire event, including but not limited to event planning,
event management, event set-up and clean-up.
However, we can provide ceremony music and sound production
services for one low rate of $250.00.
We have a complete library of processional and recessional
music to select from.
All other event planning services are $45.00
per hour plus 20% of
all contracts.

Will
there be staff on site the day of our event at Pine Lake Pavilion?
A facility manager will be
on duty for the duration of the event. The facility manager
will report four hours prior to your event and have your ceremony
seating and floor plan arranged.
(Additional event manager to coordinate vendor set-up and
strike may be assigned to your event at a rate of $25.00
per hour)

How
can I schedule a free rehearsal time?
Free rehearsals times are
offered at Pine Lake Pavilion.
Monday through Thursday between 5:30pm and 7:30pm are free,
Monday-Thursday Evenings after 7:30pm are $100.00
per hour;
Friday – Sunday Rehearsals anytime $150.00
per hour
(These may be booked for a 2 hour
maximum and no more than 30 days in advance. A rehearsal
dinner may be incorporated with your rehearsal)

for your events.

What
are your clean up policies?
Client to ensure pick-up &
emptying of all trash connected with the event, replacing
trash can liners (to be provided by Pine Lake Pavilion)
Client to ensure vendors empty all trash connected with the
event, which includes taking the trash out of the trash cans,
tying bags closed, replacing liners into the trash cans and
putting bagged trash in the dumpster.
